2023 starts with great news. That’s why I have something very important to tell you, we are opening a new school in Barcelona!
We have been keeping a big secret and today, finally, I can share with you that we have a new location for you to come and study Spanish and live a unique experience in any of our schools.
It’s official, Olé Languages is now part of the Spanish AIL group. Therefore, we are very excited. Olé Languages is a Spanish language school in Barcelona. It is a small Spanish school where all students feel at home, just like in the rest of the AIL schools. Therefore, we are delighted that they have joined our big family.
Barcelona has joined Madrid and Malaga in welcoming our international students who come to Spain to learn Spanish and live an exciting linguistic and cultural immersion experience.
Undoubtedly, this city has an incredible tourist and cultural attraction. On the one hand, it offers an extensive cultural and leisure offer since it is the second largest city in Spain.
On the other hand, it has wonderful beaches and you can not deny that one of the best plans in the world is to sunbathe, stroll along the beach or play beach volleyball with friends on a Sunday afternoon.
Do you want me to tell you some of the best things to do in the city? If you are like me and you love to walk and get lost in the city when you go sightseeing, I recommend you to dedicate a morning or a whole day to see the Gothic Quarter and the Born. Here you can find lots of vintage clothing stores and feel like you are in the 80s.
If all your friends tell you that you have influencer wood and you feel like filling your Instagram profile with likes, you have to visit Parc Güell. Here you can take some of the most classic snapshots of the city accompanied by the modernist art that is captured in the architecture of the park.
Are you one of those who need a good coffee to recharge your batteries? I’m one of those! In Plaza Cataluña, you’ll find plenty of cafes where you can have a hot drink and get your strength back to give it all in the city.
Do you want to go shopping? Barcelona is home to one of the largest shopping malls in Spain: the Maremagnum, which is located in front of the Club Nautico and surrounded by water. In addition, it offers a great gastronomic variety, you know that the gastronomy of Spain is wonderful.
Of course, you cannot miss the Sagrada Familia or St. Peter’s Cathedral, among many other monuments that are definitely worth visiting.
Doesn’t it look great? Well, this is just a small part of everything you can visit in this beautiful city on the Costa Brava.
