The AIL Madrid family is pleased to announce that, starting in October 2025, our new home, AIL Residencia, will be located at Avenida Ciudad de Barcelona, 120, in the heart of Madrid, a five-minute walk from Retiro Park and 10 minutes from Atocha Station.
This marks the start of the most ambitious project our school has undertaken since its creation in 2006. After many months of hard work, AIL Residencia, as this new space will be called, will be a reality for all of you to enjoy.
At this new school, you will not only be able to study Spanish, but we will also offer you the accommodation you need while you enjoy your stay in Madrid. It’s the perfect 2 for the price of 1: a school that provides you with accommodation, without travel or inconvenience, all in the same space.
You will also be close to other students from all over the world. This will make your experience more intimate and allow you to make friends and practise the language from the very first minute.

From our popular general Spanish courses, available for all levels, to part-time or specialised courses in various sectors, AIL Madrid’s offering remains unchanged for you in this new phase.
The atmosphere, the teachers and the team will be the same as always, and we will continue to offer you all our different AIL Madrid courses as we have done until now. A new space for learning awaits you at AIL Residencia!
AIL Residencia, our new space
The key point of this project is, without a doubt, to provide a place where students can stay. Uncomplicated and with all the amenities you could need.
From shared quadruple rooms to double rooms and private suites, the options offered by AIL Residencia are as varied as your preferences. Each room is fully equipped with desks, wardrobes, high-speed Wi-Fi, weekly cleaning service and air conditioning/heating systems. All this to make your stay a unique and worthwhile experience.
At our new headquarters, we can accommodate both the classes mentioned above and the students who come to our centre. And the best thing is that it doesn’t matter if you study with us or not, because you can stay in our residence for as long as you want, regardless of your activities in Madrid. We want to be your home away from home.
Classroom rental in Madrid
As if all of the above weren’t enough, we also offer all kinds of classrooms and spaces for rent. This means that, for example, if you are a freelance teacher or run an academy or any other type of activity where you give lessons, we can provide you with the space you need to carry out your teaching activities. All you have to do is contact our team and they will take care of everything.
With small, medium and large classrooms, we offer a wide range of options to suit your needs and aspirations. You can carry out your activities in our fully equipped centre with whiteboards, computers and projectors always at your disposal.
