On July 9th, our founder, Chris Haworth, proudly represented AIL Español at the British Benevolent Fund Garden Party, held at the official residence of Sir Alex Ellis, British Ambassador to Spain and Honorary Patron of the British Benevolent Fund (BBF). The event was a heartfelt initiative to raise funds and increase awareness of the vital support the BBF has been providing for over a century.
The British Benevolent Fund offers essential financial assistance to British citizens in Spain who are facing severe hardship due to economic, personal, or health-related issues. The Garden Party brought together members of the British and Spanish communities, united by a common goal: helping those in urgent need.
At AIL Español, we believe that actively supporting our community is fundamental to who we are. Backing initiatives like the BBF not only reinforces our commitment to solidarity but also reflects the human values we promote every day in and out of the classroom.
